Dr. Coffee F12 Big Plus is a professional coffee machine equipped with a seven-inch touchscreen, an automatic milk system, and a durable ceramic grinder with a lifespan of approximately 500 kg of coffee. It offers 24 parametrically adjustable beverages, allowing modifications of coffee dosage, water volume, milk quantity, and even milk foam temperature. Modified recipes can be saved directly in the machine’s internal memory.

The recommended daily output of the machine is 100 coffees; however, given its capacity of 70 servings per hour, this number can be reached in approximately 80 minutes. A sufficient water supply is ensured either via the eight-liter tank or by direct connection to the water line. Maintenance is very easy thanks to the automatic cleaning function, which, in addition to standard rinsing, includes deep cleaning of the milk system and descaling.
