Dr. Coffee Coffeebreak Big Plus is a professional coffee machine with an automatic milk system. The machine can prepare up to 70 coffees per hour, with a recommended daily output of 100 servings. Its interface offers 20 basic recipes, which can be customized in terms of pre-infusion, milk volume, water volume, dispensing temperature, and coffee dosage. The sequence of dispensing steps can also be adjusted. The cappuccinator features a manual rotary mechanism for precise control of the milk-to-steam ratio.

The brewing unit is equipped with a patented extraction system that adjusts extraction pressure according to the type and composition of the beverage to ensure optimal flavor quality for all recipes. Consistently precise grinding of fresh coffee is provided by a durable next-generation ceramic grinder with a lifespan of approximately 500 kilograms of coffee beans. The machine can be connected to the water supply but also includes an eight-liter water tank.
