Arabica coffee beans from Brazil, Colombia and Peru are perfectly balanced by Robusta coffee. Espresso with a medium-full body and sweetness with tones of caramel, freshly baked biscuits and dried fruit. Three varieties of Arabica coffee. The first is Santos, a natural Arabica that is well balanced and characterized by average density and elegant sweetness with a pronounced cocoa aftertaste and subtle notes of plums. The other two varieties represent "washed Arabica coffee". One comes from Colombia (hints of honey, fresh butter and delicate floral notes of bergamot and orange) and the other from Peru (a hint of fresh flowers). Robusta comes from India and Vietnam and adds structure and spicy notes to the mix.
