IZZO Caffé Silver, ground, 250g

Izzo Silver is a coffee with a thick crema, full and spicy taste. Coffee suitable mainly for small cups of espresso, more precisely ristretto. Coffee is traditionally packaged in a vacuum package with a stream of nitrogen, which slows down the aging of the coffee and reduces the amount of oxygen that causes the coffee to oxidize. The mixture does not lose its taste and is still fresh even after 3 years of production.

The coffee beans themselves are slowly roasted at a relatively high temperature in small doses. Thanks to this process, the negative properties (acidity and bitterness) are reduced to a minimum and the coffee thus acquires perfect fullness and taste.

The Izzo Coffee roastery was founded in 1979 in the small town of Boscoreale at the foot of Mount Vesuvius. The town lies within sight of the ancient city of Pompei.
