Gaggia New Accademia

The Gaggia New Accademia is the newest and most technologically advanced model in Gaggia’s range of home automatic coffee machines. It offers 19 pre-programmed recipes, all of which can be further customized for pre-brewing intensity, dispensing temperature, milk froth density, coffee dose (including double shots), milk quantity, and water ratio.

The machine features a fully automatic milk system, as well as a professional stainless steel steam wand that allows full manual control over milk frothing. Maximum convenience is ensured by an automatic cleaning system, which includes standard rinsing and descaling, as well as a new steam-based milk circuit cleaning system for complete hygiene.

Operation is via a 5-inch color touchscreen, complemented by four backlit capacitive buttons and the Espresso Plus System rotary mechanism for easy drink customization. Additional features include an active cup warming tray, the ability to use pre-ground coffee, adjustable grind size, and a high-quality fast-heating stainless steel boiler.
