The Gaggia MDF 55 is a semi-professional coffee grinder with a grinding capacity of up to 2.5 grams of coffee per second. It features a clear touchscreen display, 55 mm hardened steel burrs, a rubber-coated stainless-steel fork and a patented stepless grinding adjustment system, allowing the grind size to be adjusted easily with micrometric precision.

The grinder operates exceptionally quietly thanks to anti-vibration technology, which reduces the noise level to just 62 dB.

Other notable features include an anti-static treatment that helps prevent clumping of ground coffee, a brushed aluminium housing and the ability to switch between two programmable doses.

The burrs are positioned so that the selected grind setting is not lost during maintenance. All Gaggia MDF 55 grinders are manufactured exclusively in Italy.
