Gaggia MDF 55
The Gaggia MDF 55 is a semi-professional coffee grinder with a grinding capacity of up to 2.5 grams per second. It features a clear touchscreen display, 55 mm hardened steel burrs, a rubberized stainless steel fork, and a patented stepless system that allows precise micrometric grind adjustment. Operation is exceptionally quiet thanks to anti-vibration technology, reducing noise to just 62 dB.
Additional features include anti-static treatment to prevent clumping of ground coffee, a brushed aluminum hopper, and the ability to switch between two programmable doses. The burrs are positioned so that grind settings are not lost during maintenance. All Gaggia MDF 55 grinders are made exclusively in Italy.
