Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee is renowned for its exceptional taste and is often referred to as the "queen of coffees." In the cup, it is recognized by its full body, mild acidity, and natural sweetness. Its distinctive aroma is unusually strong and highly attractive to coffee connoisseurs. The unquestionable quality of Blue Mountain coffee, combined with its limited production, results in high demand, which is reflected in the price of this premium product.

The cradle of Jamaican coffee lies in the mountains. These rise from the narrow coastal plain to meet inland, forming a backbone that runs across the island from east to west. The highest of these are the Blue Mountains, located in the east, reaching elevations up to 2,256 meters.

The Blue Mountain variety grows at high altitudes in the eastern parishes of St. Thomas, Portland, and St. Andrew, within a 10-mile radius of the Blue Mountain Peak. Here, coffee is cultivated that approaches perfect balance—aroma, body, acidity, and sweetness come together to create a truly clean and pure taste.

We are a Czech family-run company of coffee lovers with the goal of sharing our daily joy over a cup of freshly roasted specialty coffee from around the world.

Coffee is our passion, which is why we pay close attention to every single bean to ensure an unforgettable flavor experience—even long after the last sip.

Our coffees come from all over the world, and with each Balada Coffee, we know the exact farm or region of origin. We love full flavor, a strong body, pleasant fruitiness, and mild acidity. That’s why we roast our beans to a medium level.

Our range includes coffees suitable for espresso, milk-based drinks, filters, and AeroPress.

It’s very important to us that our coffees always reach you fresh, which is why we deliver them just a few days after roasting.

Foundation for Premature Babies and Their Families

This foundation was established in December 2013 by Hana Píšová and Markéta Stránská, based on their personal experience with the premature birth of twins. The aim of the foundation is to help families of premature babies who find themselves in difficult financial and emotional situations. The foundation always helps a specific family with their specific needs related to premature birth.
